Modal Mind Corrosion is a drift into a personal musical journey. Those 12 tracks scan through a year of discovery and intuitive creativity. Inspired by two distinct elements.
The eternal conflict between the rationality and the emotional. And the soundscapes coming from a modal approach to music, more oriented towards colours and feelings. On a purely personal basis.
The music is also inspired by my passion for film, and so each track is a story I built somehow in my surreal internal realm.
The creation is deeply ingrained in the Ableton Live universe of infinite sound opportunities, as well as the sounds and words I could find around me, anywhere in the rich nature around me. And endless sound design opportunities that help to breath and live music through creative experience.
